  • Lean meat (I used duckling)500 g
  • grated carrot50 g
  • Oat flour10 g
  • Chopped Onion100 g
  • Sliced yellow pepper150 g
  • Sliced red cabbage300 g
  • Tomato sauce200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fit curd for the filling300 g
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  1. In a container place the meat with the onion, parsley, chives and oatmeal.
  2. Add the pepper and salt. Mix well
  3. In a shape, line the bottom with half the meat, fill with the cottage cheese and cover with the rest of the meat, take it to the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
  4. Prepare the tomato sauce
  5. After removing from the oven, serve with the peppers, carrots, cabbage and tomato sauce.
