  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Medium Potato2 unit(s)
  • Green smell3 tablespoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  1. For the rice - heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté 2 cloves of macerated garlic, add the rice, stir well, season with salt, cover with water, cover the pan and cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the grain is soft.
  2. For the meat - heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil , saute the onion and garlic add the meat season with salt and pepper add the carrots to the green beans and drip water to cook , let the liquid dry and sauté well - then add the tomato and drip water again so that the meat is very wet - sprinkle green smell and serve.
  3. For the potato chips - peel the potatoes and pass them on a fine grater or mandolin, wash well until all the starch is removed, dry with a paper towel or cloth and fry by immersion little by little until it becomes crispy, remove and let the oil dry over a colander or paper towel. Season with salt and serve.
