  • Chopped chuck600 g
  • Soybean oil2 tablespoon
  • Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion100 g
  • Diced carrot200 g
  • Diced Potato150 g
  • Diced tomatoes3 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  • Tomato extract1 dessert spoon
  • Green smell1/2 cup
  • Hot water0 to taste
  1. Season the meat with salt, garlic and black pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the meat.
  3. Add onion, tomato and sauté well then tomato paste and stir well.
  4. Add hot water to cover the meat, close the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Open the pan, stir well, add the carrots and potatoes, close again and cook for another five minutes.
  6. Open the pan again and let the sauce simmer without the lid.
  7. Sprinkle green smell and serve with white rice and farofa.
