Em uma panela doure a cebola num fio de azeite, acrescente o tomate e o alho e refogue. Coloque a carne , o extrato de tomate e a paprica. Acrescente 100ml de agua e deixe cozinhar. ( se precisar coloque mais água, mas não muito)
Assim que a charque estiver macia, acrescente a vagem e deixe cozinhar. Verifique o sal e junte o coentro e o creme de leite.
*é importante não usar muita água.
