  • Ground beef300 g
  • Green corn2 can(s)
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Green smell5 tablespoon
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic and fry the ground meat until dry.
  2. Add the salt, pepper and green scent, mixing well.
  3. Blend the corn with the Heavy cream in a blender or processor.
  4. Place the mixture in a pan over low heat with butter and mix until it thickens. Adjust the salt.
  5. Arrange the meat on a platter and cover with the corn puree.
  6. Bake at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with white rice.
  8. It's like a little hideaway. Very traditional in Chile.
