  • Ground beef (duckling)300 g
  • Cooked carioca beans2 cup
  • Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Peeled Tomato1 cup
  • Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Cumin powder1/2 coffee spoon
  • Pepper sauce to taste
  • Salt and green smell to taste
  1. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the ground beef until golden brown. Add the onion and sauté.
  2. Add the peppers, peeled tomatoes, a little water, paprika and cumin and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beans, pepper sauce and salt to taste and cook until the broth has reduced.
  4. Finish with green smell. Serve with nachos and souer cream!
