- Diced chicken breast.1 kg
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Cooked corn1 can(s)
- Garlic(clove)2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Smell - green to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and brown the chicken.
- In another pan, put the remaining spoon of oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken, salt and pepper. Let it fry.
- Pour in the water and let it dry until the chicken is fried again.
- Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard and green corn. Mix well.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream and mix again.
- Add the green smell.
- Serve with potato chips and white rice.
