- Diced chicken breast1 kg
- Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon or Vinegar to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Water to taste
- Clean the chicken breast, wash it with vinegar or lemon and then cut it into cubes.
- Season the chicken breast cubes with garlic and salt (you can use other seasonings if you like)
- In a pan, put 3 tablespoons of oil and let it heat up.
- Then add 1 kilo of cubed chicken breast and stir until golden brown.
- Add the onion and chicken stock and continue to sauté until the stock has reduced.
- Add the tomato sauce, a little water and let the chicken cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes add the cream, mix and turn off the heat.
- Now just serve with rice and potato straw.
