  • Diced chicken breast1 kg
  • Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Chicken broth1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Lemon or Vinegar to taste
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Water to taste
  1. Clean the chicken breast, wash it with vinegar or lemon and then cut it into cubes.
  2. Season the chicken breast cubes with garlic and salt (you can use other seasonings if you like)
  3. In a pan, put 3 tablespoons of oil and let it heat up.
  4. Then add 1 kilo of cubed chicken breast and stir until golden brown.
  5. Add the onion and chicken stock and continue to sauté until the stock has reduced.
  6. Add the tomato sauce, a little water and let the chicken cook for 2 minutes.
  7. After 2 minutes add the cream, mix and turn off the heat.
  8. Now just serve with rice and potato straw.
