- Skinless and boneless chicken breast1 kg
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Place the minced chicken breast in a food processor and blend until smooth. If you don't have a food processor, you can also put the chicken in a blender, but blend it little by little.
- Place the chicken in a bowl and add the salt, chopped parsley, chives and pepper. Mix.
- Add breadcrumbs until combined.
- Form balls, from a medium to small size
- Fry until golden.
- Note: Can also be made with tomato sauce
