Clean Chicken Breast Fillet

Garlic (cloves)

Salt

White Sauce sachet

Creamed Cheddar Cheese

Sliced or grated Canasta cheese

Oil for frying

Worcestershire sauce

Chicken in White Sauce with Cheddar and Canasta Cheese

Tempero o Filet com o Alho socado com a metade do Sal, Molho Inglês. Frite  Óleo quente, vai virando. Mas não deixe fritar muito, só para dar uma cor. Reserve. 

Season the Filet with the garlic pounded with half the salt, Worcestershire sauce. Fry Hot oil, turn over. But don't let it fry too much, just to give it a color. Reserve.

Em uma panela coloque o sache de Molho Branco, o Queijo Cheddar e o Queijo Canastra, deixe começar a ferver, coloque os Files, deixe ferver no fogo baixo.
Tá pronto!!
Pode servir com Arroz, Purê de Batata  ou com o que mais agradar.
