- Shredded chicken.1 cup
- Medium sweet potato1 unit(s)
- Bacon100 g
- Grated Mozzarella200 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the sweet potato until it is wet and mash it out of the pan.
- In a frying pan, toss the bacon well until golden. Add the chicken (I made it under pressure with salt, pepper and cumin) and 100g of the mozzarella.
- On a platter measuring 15cm by 15cm Put half of the potato, the stuffing and then cover with the end of the potato and the other 100g of the cheese.
- Let brown for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
