Chicken breasts3/ unit(s)
Salt1 to taste
Black pepper1 to taste
Wheat flour1 to taste
Butter3 tablespoon

*Sauce* 1 tablespoon 3 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon soy corn 9g of honey 1 tablespoon of vinegar August green smell.
Make 4 cuts on the chicken breast then make 3 on the opposite.
Do this with all the breasts.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pass them all in the wheat flour.
Put the butter in a skillet and let it melt.
Add the chickens and let them brown on all sides.
Then add the sauce and garlic butter.
Let it cool for 2 minutes.
Add the soyu and honey and vinegar too.
Let it cook until the sauce reduces a little until it is very consistent.
Sprinkle green smell if you want.
