- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Season the chicken fillets with salt, then grill the fillets until they are golden brown. Reserve. In a skillet, melt the butter and brown the garlic. Add the white wine. Then remove from the heat, stir in the yogurt, salt and fine herbs. Top the grilled fillets with the yogurt sauce and serve.
