Chicken breast1 kg
Potato1 kg
Milk1/3 cup
Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves4 unit(s)
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Sachet of tomato sauce or extract1 unit(s)
Straw Potato1 unit(s)
Green smell and seasonings1 to taste

Place the chicken in large cubes to cook in the pressure cooker for up to 8 minutes after taking the pressure off, drain the water from the pan and shake the chicken in the covered pan to shred it well, then in a pan with a drizzle of oil, brown the onion and garlic and add the tomato sauce or extract with a spoonful of sugar (to remove the acidity) and seasonings to taste, add the shredded chicken, stir well and set aside
In another pan, peel and cut the potatoes and cook with water and salt, after cooking, mash well and add the milk and butter, mix and reserve
On a platter place a layer of chicken and then the layer of mashed potato on top and finally the straw potato, take it to the oven for 15/20 minutes and it's ready, *Serve with white rice and green salad, it's a perfect combination*
