  • Chicken breast2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Corn280 g
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella to taste
  • Straw Potato to taste
  1. In a pan add a strand of olive oil, put the onion and let it gold. Then put the garlic and let it cook too.
  2. Put the diced tomatoes, sauté until wilted. Add the chicken breast cooked and seasoned with salt and paprika. Hit the salt.
  3. In the blender place 300ml of the cooking water, milk cream, corn and the curd.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan. Add parsley to taste.
  5. Transfer to a platter, finish with mozzarella and straw potatoes. Place in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 min.
  6. Now just serve and enjoy. Do it and tag me!
