  • Straw Potato1/2 cup
  1. Ingredients 1 tablespoon of butter 1 small onion chopped 400 grams of cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 Knorr Broth Cube Galinhaknorr Logo 1 cup of boiling water 1 can of canned Knorr corn, drainedknorr Logo 1 can of sour cream 1 cup cream cheese 200 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup of potato straw Preparation mode In a pan, put the butter and take it to the high fire to melt. Add the onion and sauté until golden. Add the chicken breast and fry quickly. Add the cube of Knorr Chicken Broth already dissolved in the boiling water and let it cook over low heat, with the pan half covered, until the liquid dries up. Meanwhile, in the blender jar, beat the Knorr canned corn, the cream and the curd until smooth. Transfer the contents to the pan with the chicken and mix well until slightly thickened. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C). Arrange the fricassee in a medium refractory, cover with the slices of mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven, finish with the potato straw and serve next.
