- Chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- Cook the chicken breast with your favorite seasonings. Once cooked, shred.
- In the blender, put the corn first, then the cream and finally the curd (in that order!). Beat until it forms a cream.
- In the pan sauté some garlic and onion, if you want and add the chicken, sauté a little more and add the cream, let it get a little bit and turn off.
- In a refractory, place the mixture that was in the pan, cover with the mozzarella cheese, then the grated cheese and take it to the oven for fixings.
- When serving, add the potato straw on top and that's it!
