Chicken Fillet with Parmesan Cheese Crust

  • Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
  • Lightly beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan20 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chicken breast4 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cover the chicken breasts with a piece of PVC plastic and beat them with a meat mallet.
  2. Cut each chicken breast into medium strips (3 or 4 per breast). Season to taste.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  4. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil or oil and set aside.
  5. In a deep plate put the two eggs and the wheat flour and beat a little.
  6. In another deep dish, place the breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley; mix well.
  7. Dip each strip into the egg mixture, then into the Parmesan mixture.
  8. Place all the chicken pieces on the baking sheet without overlapping them.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Turn over when you reach half of the expected time for it to bake well – be careful not to remove the crust when turning.
