  1. In a pressure cooker add oil, olive oil, butter or pork fat and sauté the onion together with the seasoning (I make the seasoning myself- beating in a blender 4 heads of garlic plus two white onions with a little oil and salt ) right away Add the bacon, pepperoni and pork ribs and fry until golden. Then add the white beans and stir for about 3 minutes. Add water to cover all the ingredients and cover the pan. Pan has taken pressure, leave for approximately 45 minutes on fire with a temperature of 185°. After the time, turn off the pan, wait for all the pressure to release and our cassoulet is ready.
