Then add the white beans and stir for about 3 minutes. Add water to cover all the ingredients and cover the pan. Pan has taken pressure, leave for approximately 45 minutes on fire with a temperature of 185°. After the time, turn off the pan, wait for all the pressure to release and our cassoulet is ready.
