  • Bacon200 g
  • Dry meat200 g
  • Rice350 g
  • Tomato5 unit(s)
  • Onion3 unit(s)
  • Green Smell1 unit(s)

  1. In a cold pan put the chopped bacon and turn on the fire.
  2. When the bacon releases enough fat, put the peeled and chopped pepperoni and fry
  3. Add the chopped onion, garlic and let it sauté, then add ontomare and a little water, let the tomato cook well until it turns into a paste
  4. Add the dried meat in cubes, desalted and cooked and sauté a little
  5. Add the rice and sauté, add the boiling water up to 3 fingers above the rice, wait for the boil and reduce the heat.
  6. When the water dries and the rice is cooked, mix the green smell and serve
  7. TIP: to get the best flavor from the carter, I recommend using an iron pan.
