- In a cold pan put the chopped bacon and turn on the fire.
- When the bacon releases enough fat, put the peeled and chopped pepperoni and fry
- Add the chopped onion, garlic and let it sauté, then add ontomare and a little water, let the tomato cook well until it turns into a paste
- Add the dried meat in cubes, desalted and cooked and sauté a little
- Add the rice and sauté, add the boiling water up to 3 fingers above the rice, wait for the boil and reduce the heat.
- When the water dries and the rice is cooked, mix the green smell and serve
- TIP: to get the best flavor from the carter, I recommend using an iron pan.
