  • Homemade Bolognese Sauce1 cup
  • Homemade vegetable broth1.5 l
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. With the help of a peeler, make wide strips of the carrots and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the bolognese sauce and set aside.
  3. In another pan, heat the vegetable stock with salt.
  4. Put the carrot strips to cook in the broth until they are al dente.
  5. Serve the carrot noodles accompanied by the bolognese sauce.
