  • Leftover Roasted Barbecue500 g
  • Tomato1 cup
  • Onion1 cup
  • Bell pepper, green, yellow, red1 cup
  • Corn1 unit(s)
  • Curd cheese2 cup
  • White rice2 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Parsley and chives1/2 cup
  • Water200 ml
  1. Chop all the meat from the barbecue, take it to a pan along with olive oil, the tomato, onion, pepper and the sauce.
  2. Add the raw rice and water, cover, let it cook on low heat.
  3. After the rice is cooked, sprinkle the parsley and chives.
  4. Cut the coalho cheese into cubes, place it over the rice with the heat off, cover the pan until the cheese melts. Once the cheese is melted, serve it hot.
