  • Parboiled Rice2 cup
  • Chopped barbecue leftovers (meat, sausage, heart, chicken
)3 cup
  • Tomato sauce2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Green Spice1/3 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped carrot1/3 cup
  • Hot water5 cup
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the barbecue leftovers well.
  2. Add garlic and onion and sauté.
  3. Add the rice and mix.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, bay leaf, carrots, salt and hot water and stir.
  5. Let it cook on low heat until the rice is cooked but still moist.
  6. Add the green seasoning, mix and turn off the heat. Serve immediately.
