  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and start frying the carres. fry them well
  3. In another pan, add a little oil, bring to a boil, add the onion, tomato and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the broth and chicken and tomato paste. Saute for 3 more minutes. Add the fried carres, and let it boil for 5 minutes. Serve immediately
