- Mocotó cleaned and cut into slices1 kg
- Large Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Large carrots2 unit(s)
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Colorau1 dessert spoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Water2 l
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil, onion, garlic, tomato and dry seasonings. Let it brown.
- Add the mocotó, and stir until the ingredients are incorporated.
- Add the water, and leave it on high heat, leave it under pressure for 20 minutes.
- Open the pan and add the potato and carrot, cut into large cubes.
- Leave on pressure for another 10 minutes. Add the chopped green smell. And just serve, while still hot.
