Free-range chicken3 kg
Okra1500 g
Pounded Garlic Cloves7 unit(s)
salt1 tablespoon
oregano1 teaspoon
Saffron1 teaspoon
Coloral1 teaspoon
olive oil50 ml

season the chicken with all the seasonings let it rest in the seasoning for 2 hours or let it sleep in the seasoning inside the fridge
fry the chicken dripping water until it is very soft
remove the chicken and reserve it in another bowl, in the same pan put the okra to fry and dry its drool
after drying the okra slime add the chicken mix very slowly add 300 ml of water to finish cooking your okra and get the taste in the chicken
now serve with white rice accompanied by well-seasoned beans accompanied by soft angu (polenta).
