- Margarine or butter250 g
- Salt and Pepper1 to taste
- Green smell1 to taste
- Crushed garlic cloves5 to taste
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- A drizzle of olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cut the chicken into medium cubes
- Season with the ingredients to taste and mix with the butter/margarine
- Let it marinate as long as you can, put it on the baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes and let it brown to taste.
