  • Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
  • Bacon diced into small cubes2 tablespoon
  • Biju corn flour1/2 cup
  • Lard1 dessert spoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic1 coffee spoon
  1. Heat the lard in a non-stick frying pan and fry the bacon.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté well.
  3. Add the beans and mix, season with a pinch of salt and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the biju corn flour and stir over low heat until well incorporated, adjust the salt.
  5. Serve with 1 fried egg.
