- Smoked bacon (remove the leather), cut into smaller pieces300 g
- Process everything very well with the help of a food processor or grinder until everything is very homogeneous and slightly compacted!
- Remove everything from the processor and give a little beat with your hands to create a league!
- Take a portion of the meat mixture (I weighed 100g per portion) and with your hands, shape it into a hamburger shape (you can use a hamburger shaper too)!
- Fry and mount your snack! Units that are not used at the moment, can be frozen individually and after firm, store them together!
