- Chicken Tulip500 g
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Pepper sauce1 tablespoon
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Season the tulips with paprika, lemon salt and garlic powder, leave to marinate
- Take it to bake in the oven or air fryer, if you prefer you can fry them too
- For the sauce, melt the butter and add the pepper sauce, the ketchup 1/2 lemon and the Worcestershire sauce, beat well with a Fouet to emulsify and turn into a sauce.
- Pour under the already roasted tulips and serve with smoked mayonnaise.
