- Season the breast apple with salt, garlic and rosemary.
- Fry the apple breast until golden in a pressure cooker.
- Add water to cover the meat and leave for 40 minutes of pressure.
- Cut the corn cobs into 5 pieces each.
- Place the chopped onions and tomatoes in the breast apple and bring to a boil and add the corn cobs.
- 20 minutes of pressure.
