- Ground Beef250 g
- Dried vinaigrette1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic1 teaspoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Small egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1/3 cup
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Soybean oil to taste
- In a container mix the meat with the vinaigrette, garlic, paprika, cumin and salt until smooth.
- Divide the meat into 2 parts and shape 2 hamburgers. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a deep dish, lightly beat the egg. Place the wheat flour in one dish and the breadcrumbs in another.
- Coat the burgers in flour, dip in egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden. Let the fat drain on a plate lined with paper towels and serve immediately.
