- cheddar cheese to taste
- Ham to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Flour50 g
- Breadcrumbs50 g
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Between two chicken fillets we put cheddar cheese (optional) and ham.
- Roll in flour, add salt and pepper.
- Then dip in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
- Serve with fries and lettuce.
