  • Chicken breast1 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper, garlic with salt and vinegar/ to taste
  1. Take the chicken breast, clean it and cut it into fillets.
  2. Pierce the fillets with a knife to get the seasoning in.
  3. Season with pepper, garlic and vinegar to taste. Leave it in the seasoning for 2 minutes to get tastier.
  4. Pour the eggs into one dish and the breadcrumbs into another. Dip the fillets first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  5. After passing all, just fry.
