- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Cooked parboiled rice1.5 cup
- Cooked and seasoned black beans1.5 cup
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the meat well.
- Add the onion, garlic, cumin, salt, paprika and sauté well.
- Serve the meat accompanied by rice and beans.
