  • Carrot slices1 unit(s)

  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Blonde2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce300 g
  • Green smell to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Toothpicks1 unit(s)
  • Water1 cup
  1. Tap lightly with the hammer to increase the width of the steaks. Don't hit too much. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Place 1 slice of Bacon and carrot in the center of the steak and roll up. Secure the sides with toothpicks.
  3. Heat a pressure cooker and add the oil. Seal the already curled steaks.
  4. Add the onion and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
  5. Add bay leaves, tomato sauce and water. Cover the pan and pressure cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Spatter the green smell and serve next.
