- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon

- Water1 cup
- Tap lightly with the hammer to increase the width of the steaks. Don't hit too much. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place 1 slice of Bacon and carrot in the center of the steak and roll up. Secure the sides with toothpicks.
- Heat a pressure cooker and add the oil. Seal the already curled steaks.
- Add the onion and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
- Add bay leaves, tomato sauce and water. Cover the pan and pressure cook for 30 minutes.
- Spatter the green smell and serve next.
