Pegue um cupim , de 1 kilo   , coloque dentro da panela de pressão , com 2 colheres de sal grosso com ervas finas , acrescente 6 xícaras de água ou até cobrir o cupim , na pressão por 1 hora , 

Take a 1 kilo termite, put it inside the pressure cooker, with 2 tablespoons of coarse salt with fine herbs, add 6 cups of water or until the termite is covered, under pressure for 1 hour,

Coloque o cupim na geladeira ,  quando vc tiver fazendo um churrasco , coloque no espeto vc vai comer um cupim igual a uma manteiga. .. simplesmente uma delícia 

Put the termite in the fridge, when you're having a barbecue, put it on the skewer you'll eat a termite just like butter. .. simply a delight
