Deixe dourar por 10 e adicionar sal a gosto, virando de tempos em tempos

Deixe dourar mais 5 minutos e adicione o alho picado

Let it brown for another 5 minutes and add the minced garlic.

Deixe dourar mais 5 minutos virando de tempos em tempos

Let it brown for another 5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Retirar da frigideira e deixar descansando em um prato ou travessa por 3 minutos. Depois é só servir 

Remove from skillet and let rest on a plate or platter for 3 minutes. Then just serve
