- Mix of seasonings (Ana Maria, Lemon pepper, black pepper, smoked and sweet pabrica, Bahia seasoning, fine herbs, chumichurry1 coffee spoon
- Beef Sazon1 unit(s)
- Pierce the loin (to penetrate the seasoning) in a small bowl squeeze the lemon and add the seasonings 1 coffee spoon of each set aside
- Cut the canoe-style potatoes, no need to remove the skin and carrot seasoning with pepper, salt and smoked pabrica
- Place the loin in the Air fryer brush with butter, with the fat side facing up, no need for aluminum foil at 200° degrees for 25 and 25 min on one side and the other. Total 50 min each side
- Meanwhile, place the potatoes and carrots on the Travessa, drizzle with olive oil so they don't dry out, put them in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Just assemble the loin on the Potato Travessa to serve!
