  • Mix of seasonings (Ana Maria, Lemon pepper, black pepper, smoked and sweet pabrica, Bahia seasoning, fine herbs, chumichurry1 coffee spoon
  • Beef Sazon1 unit(s)
  1. Pierce the loin (to penetrate the seasoning) in a small bowl squeeze the lemon and add the seasonings 1 coffee spoon of each set aside
  2. Cut the canoe-style potatoes, no need to remove the skin and carrot seasoning with pepper, salt and smoked pabrica
  3. Place the loin in the Air fryer brush with butter, with the fat side facing up, no need for aluminum foil at 200° degrees for 25 and 25 min on one side and the other. Total 50 min each side
  4. Meanwhile, place the potatoes and carrots on the Travessa, drizzle with olive oil so they don't dry out, put them in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Just assemble the loin on the Potato Travessa to serve!
