  • Bacon100 g
  • Cassava1 kg
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
  • Colorau1 tablespoon
  • Condiments to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  1. In a pressure cooker put the oil, crushed garlic and meat. Add the bacon and onion. Add the paprika, seasonings to taste and cover with water. Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Add the chopped cassava, tomato and peppers and take it to cook again until the meat and cassava are very soft and throw the chives on top.
