Boiled meat with cassava

Em uma panela de pressão coloque o óleo , alho triturado e a carne . Doure bem  acrescente o bacon e a cebola. Coloque o colorau , condimentos a gosto e cubra c água . Cozinhe por aproximadamente 30 minutos. Acrescente a mandioca picada o tomate e o pimentão e leve novamente para cozinhar até a carne e a mandioca ficarem bem macias e jogue a cebolinha por cima .

In a pressure cooker put the oil, crushed garlic and meat. Add the bacon and onion. Add the paprika, seasonings to taste and cover with water. Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Add the chopped cassava, tomato and peppers and take it to cook again until the meat and cassava are very soft and throw the chives on top.
