Refogue a cebola o alho ,em seguida ponha os pimentões acrescentar a carne seca ,refogue bastante adicione o coentro em seguida acrescenta o purê de aipim  pra finalizar queijo de qualho na brasa 

Aí e só finalizar e serviço e se deliciar 

Sauté the onion and garlic, then add the peppers, add the jerky, saute a lot, add the cilantro, then add the manioc puree to finish off the grilled qualho cheese

Then just finish and service and enjoy
