  • Pork loin400 g
  • Diced onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic3 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper and chives to taste
  1. Heat the oil, add the sugar and let it caramelize.
  2. Add the cubes of loin spreading and let it brown.
  3. When they are golden, add the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
  4. Sauté until everything is soft and slightly caramelized.
  5. Add water little by little if it starts to stick.
  6. When everything is cooked, add the soy sauce, a little more water and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve with white rice and finish with chopped fresh chives.
