  • Boiled Japanese rice2 cup
  • Ground beef150 g
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Gochujang1 coffee spoon
  • sesame oil to taste
  • Shoyu to taste
  • Mirin Sake to taste
  • Corn oil to taste
  • Nori1 unit(s)
  1. Sauté the meat with a little sesame oil and season with Mirim and soy sauce to taste.
  2. Cut the vegetables into strips and sauté them in corn oil or any other oil you prefer and season with salt.
  3. Place the cooked Japanese rice in the bown and place the meat and vegetables on top. On top of everything put a fried egg with soft yolk.
  4. Add some gochujang pepper and drizzle with a little sesame oil. Sprinkle with chopped Nori sheets.
  5. To eat, mix all the ingredients like a scrambled rice and add more salt, sesame oil or pepper according to your taste. The soft yolk when mixed with the other ingredients will give creaminess.
