- Boiled Japanese rice2 cup
- Ground beef150 g
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Gochujang1 coffee spoon
- sesame oil to taste
- Shoyu to taste
- Mirin Sake to taste
- Corn oil to taste
- Nori1 unit(s)
- Sauté the meat with a little sesame oil and season with Mirim and soy sauce to taste.
- Cut the vegetables into strips and sauté them in corn oil or any other oil you prefer and season with salt.
- Place the cooked Japanese rice in the bown and place the meat and vegetables on top. On top of everything put a fried egg with soft yolk.
- Add some gochujang pepper and drizzle with a little sesame oil. Sprinkle with chopped Nori sheets.
- To eat, mix all the ingredients like a scrambled rice and add more salt, sesame oil or pepper according to your taste. The soft yolk when mixed with the other ingredients will give creaminess.
