  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. First, cook the cassava with salt.
  2. In a pan add a drizzle of oil and the meat to fry.
  3. After frying, add the onion and chopped garlic. Season to taste.
  4. Let the meat cook for as long as possible to get to the point of almost falling apart.
  5. When the meat is ready, add the Aipim, mix and serve.
