  • Worcestershire sauce2 dessert spoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • mixed seasoning to taste
  • salt to taste
  • margarine4 tablespoon
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
  • mustard1 tablespoon
  • ketchup6 tablespoon
  • sour cream2 can(s)
  1. In a bowl, season the meat with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mixed seasoning and oil.
  2. In a pan put the margarine, the onion and take it to the fire to sugar.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes, add the beef broth, stir well. Cook for another 15 minutes
  4. Add the mustard and mix well. Add the ketchup, stirring constantly.
  5. Finally add the cream and boil for 5 minutes. Serve immediately
