  • Meat (duckling)500 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Seasonings (eg pepper, paprika, cumin) to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  1. In a pan, put a thread of olive oil and let it heat up a little, then put the meat cut into cubes (do not stir until it starts to brown).
  2. When it starts to brown, add the garlic, onion, tomato and seasonings, sauté well, then add water and let it cook.
  3. When the meat is cooked, add the ketchup, mustard and cream. Adjust the salt and serve! To accompany nothing better than a rice and a salad and potato straw. Enjoy your food!
