  • Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
  • championgn glass1 to taste
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan put the butter and oil. Gradually add the strips of meat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Add the ready-made tomato sauce, the milk cream (without whey).
  3. Add ketchup and mustard. Add the can of cream.
  4. When the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat, add the mushrooms and the cream. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
